ABOUT PARAG SHAH
Parag Shah is Head of Operations at Takeaway.com Payments B.V., the regulated payments arm of Just Eat Takeaway.com. He has over 17 years of international experience across banking, fintech, operations, transformation and risk management, with senior roles across Europe and Asia.
His career has focused on building scalable operating models, leading change in multicultural environments and helping organisations turn complexity into practical execution. Parag has worked through different stages of growth, from early-stage build-out to larger, more mature organisations, and has led transformation initiatives where culture, trust and adoption proved as important as the technology itself.
Alongside his corporate career, he also runs PH93 Amsterdam, a boutique B&B in the city centre. This combination gives him a practical perspective on growth from both the boardroom and the front line of customer experience.
