Drawing on ING's experience supporting businesses from first invoice to international scale-up, Nadine Klokke shares practical lessons for founders and business leaders looking to build growth in an increasingly unpredictable world.
From reducing administrative burden and improving access to funding, to harnessing AI without losing the human touch, this session explores how businesses can create experiences that genuinely help entrepreneurs thrive. Nadine will also share lessons from helping businesses scale across Europe and what she believes will define the next decade of entrepreneurship.
ABOUT NADINE KLOKKE
Nadine Klokke was appointed as Head of Global Business Banking at ING Group on 1 July 2025.
Nadine started in 2002 as a management trainee within ING Group and held various roles as Program Manager for ING/Postbank integration and Director Business Lending for the Netherlands and Belgium. She also gained international experience by setting up a retail bank in Ukraine.
In 2019 Nadine became CEO of Knab and she led the integration of Aegon bank into Knab. She positioned Knab as the go-to bank for freelancers and managed its sale to a.s.r. Under her leadership, Knab grew to over 500.000 customers and achieved a strong market position.
Nadine is known for her people-centric approach in a sector which is often dominated by numbers. She is recognized for her growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and focus on customer experience.
Nadine holds a Master’s degree in business administration of Erasmus University Rotterdam and is Masters of Law in Privat Law, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Nadine lives in Utrecht with her family and four children.
